Healthy Recipes
Here are a few ideas for some delicious cooking that are good for you too:
EGGPLANT PANCAKES
Slice eggplant
Brush with olive oil on both sides
Season with Bio salt/ pepper and garlic
Bake 12 min per side
Then place goat cheese on top broil for another 1-3 minutes until toasted on top
**Optional add vinegar on top
EGGPLANT in the slow cooker
Dice eggplant into little squares
Brush with olive oil on both sides
Season with Bio salt/ pepper and garlic
Bake
Either salt with Briggs amino acid for salty taste
Serve with brown rice
BEET SALAD
Beets mixed with Goat cheese, olive oil, garlic
SHAVED CARROT/BEET SALAD
Mix these together with
Lemon, olive oil, garlic dressing
Lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 yellow onion
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp. basil
Olive oil
Carrot, Broccoli shaved salad

Chili Salad dressing
3 tomatoes
1 green pepper
½ tsp. oregano

Asparagus steamed
