The 2 pillars of my exercise philosophy are moderation and consistency. You don’t have to lift heavy weights over and over for hours to get amazing results. Doing different types of targeted exercises consistently over time will give you the strength, tone and definition you desire.

I have used my 15 years of Pilates, Dance, Yoga and Personal Training experience to put together this foolproof program. These are the exact same routines I do with my celebrity clients whether they are at home, on a movie set, or getting ready for the red carpet.
